Blogging

I'm really kind of liking this blogging lately. Since Christmas that is. I've had an account on here for over a year, but never used it all that much. A guy at my parent's church wanted to set up a church website. I was thinking that a blog much like this could be very easy and useful for a small church like that. Much more useful and easy than trying to explain to someone how to code and ftp. Anyways, I got to thinking about that some more (church blog) and really kind of liked the idea. I think I may experiment with that a bit.

Holidays

Wow...so work has been pretty stressful over the holidays. Didn't really get to relax it seems with the whole ad unit thing looming over my head. That sux. Anyways, Christmas was good and so was New Years eve. I was in Nashville spending a couple days with college friends. We had fun doing what we do. We did a lot of good eating and staying up late, joking and remembering the good old college days. Seems like life's flown since then. I wish sometimes I could go back to college...but I know I'd probably make the same mistakes. Guess that's life really. I do occasionally think about old girlfriends and how they shaped my behavior and outlook on girls in general. I have to say that even though I had some bad breakups (and good ones), that mine were not really all that bad looking back at them now. Easy to say I know. Well, guess that's all for now. I should get some sleep.

Iroyd.com

I'm currently working on trying to get iroyd.com, my website, up and running with content. I'm looking to add a drop down css functionality to the menu. A List Apart website is a great resource for anyone looking to add nice things to their website. It's also recommended by some awesome css designers, such as Dan Cedarholm. He's the author of Bulletproof Webdesign. He also came to work a few months back to help us with css authoring standards. Nice guy too.
